If you like being an overworked salary employee, this is the best place to work.

Cons

Salary employees are expected to work 60 hours a week, although management will never admit that for legal reasons.

Completely team dependent, but I have met and had the opportunity to work with since joining this company have been incredible. Amazing coworkers and management that really held our team together like super glue. Had it not been for the group of people I worked with and for I’d have left years ago. Some groups allowed you to work a hybrid or remote schedule which was nice. The company randomly added days off for mental health of volunteering which was nice to receive. Very nice corporate office, if you are in- great coffee & food options available right on site.

Cons

Pay increases will never occur, and on the off chance they do, it will be 1%. Be sure you are happy with the salary you are accepting long term. Benefits and PTO are average(10-15 days), but nothing close to what you are seeing a lot of companies shift towards(unlimited). Health vision and dental cost an absolute fortune and provides less than adequate coverage for both individual and family. Bonuses are never guaranteed, and if you are blessed enough to get one the amount varies so much year to year.

Job flexibility, and semi-competitive salary.

Cons

This place is a revolving door. It is a great example of a company that over promises things to its employees, and does not deliver. The leadership was not great either. I am not a disgruntled former employee, I would just rather save someone from spending a year or two with this company that they will never get back.
