From the claim rep side: Company communication is poor. Salary increases are not on a regular basis and they are minimal. Many projects that take time away from doing your job

I had an internship with the St. Louis branch of Gallagher. I love the job and everyone in the office, it's demanding but at the same time incredibly rewarding. You are treated as a well equipped asset, not a coffee serving machine.

Cons

Depending on what office you get hired at the internship varies greatly. Some offices have an incredibly well structured program and others have basically nothing.
