Great people, good pay and benefits. Entrepreneurial environment.

Cons

The company has grown and continues to grow through acquisitions. This leads to a lack of cohesion between business groups which hampers the ability to meet joint sales goals. The sales people are allowed to do whatever they want - including treating their support team with disrespect.

Laid back work environment with friendly coworkers. Basic experience gained in programming and web development.

Cons

Quiet office were everyone seems to keep their head down. Limited room to move up in rank. IT team was too small and had frequent backups in workload.
