Pros

Health insurance is expensive and doesn't cover alot, pay is low comparatively, I've luckily had great managers, the people are great. Corporate is stingy. People basically brag about working 40+ hours. Gallagher claims to be all about diversity but take a look at who sits at the top.... they're all white men... do better
