Pros

Galloway knows how to treat there employee's right. They take pride in how they treat there employees and rightfully so. They have many disciplines within the company and people within each disciplines can use one another as a resource. That alone is an effective tool that lets a team huddle together and solve problems as they arise and not only tell a client the problem but also give a solution on the spot. They are very adaptable and are willing to take on any project no matter the size.

Cons

At times there can be a lack of communication between disciplines and deadlines aren't communicated throughout the team. Some folder structures between projects aren't consistent and can make locating information challenging.

Troubling workplace

Pros

Leadership takes pride in their parties. They're ok, but I'd prefer a better work environment

Cons

Leadership is, at best, deeply unprofessional. The culture here is unlike anything I’ve experienced, and there appears to be a clear pattern of harassment and misogyny. Bullying and lying are tolerated, and there are concerning reports of inappropriate relationships between leadership and much younger employees. Overall, the culture feels toxic. The satellite offices may be different, but I would strongly caution against the Greenwood Village office.

Pros

Great project experience and lots of experienced staff members.

Cons

Leadership is not transparent and they do lie to staff often. There is pressure to work over 40 hours and you are held pretty hard to this standard with no overtime pay.
