A great, work hard play hard type of environment. Great people and teams. A variety of project types to work on. Management listens to employee concerns. It's obvious that the company cares about its employees.

Cons

Slow pathway to career growth within company. Often hire from outside rather than promote from within. Inconsistent workload / responsibility expectations. No real standard way of doing things.

- Great company culture with awesome people and fun activities almost weekly - Leadership cares about your personal and professional growth and will support that in whatever way they can - Enjoy the projects that I get to work on - Focus on diversity with network groups and opportunities for women, people of color, and sexual orientation

No cons to share aside from the typical growing pains that a company goes through when it grows rapidly.
