Pros

It's nice working with the 1st responders.

Cons

The annual raise was less than 1%. And they want you to do the work of someone that makes much more. The expectations are very high.

Pros

Pay is above average for an entry level job Benefits are good - except 401k. The company offers to match but doesn't because it misses profit targets. Customers are the best in the world (for the most part)

Cons

No formal training program for new hires. I spent 6 months without any formal training beyond how to use the computer system. Retail process or procedures are not fully documented or poorly documented. Order entry system is designed for a call center, not a retail environment. Order entry takes longer the necessary to be effective at the cash wrap.
