The concept of their philosophies and products seem to limit and contradict with their vision of the company's potential.

Gallup has hired managers at middle level who are egoistic, and have no skills, talent or ability. All managers in the middle level only do upward boss management and there is no focus on the needs of the employees. Some of the managers are so hopeless that you feel sense of shame to work for them. They do not even understand basics of engagement and processes.
