Fun environment, skilled and kind coworkers. Dad-jokes.

Cons

Everyone in software has to spend about 1 quarter per year on the support team. Almost no one enjoys this. It would be better to hire a dedicated team for this task.

As a developer I like in Gallup we follow new technologies, developers ideas counting so much. We have opportunity to make mistake and learn a lot. Really good communication. In General high quality code produce.

Cons

They dont provide enough technical source to work from home as other IT companies such as work table, chair and stuffs.
