      Pros

      Incredible office environment, great place to learn/grow, is taking over the massive and massively underserved amateur sports market. People expect a lot of each other and will not settle for anything less than a phenomenal customer experience, but are also very eager to celebrate with each other. Plus there are two beer fridges.

      Cons

      Still a startup, so won't get quite the massive perks/payout of a Google or Amazon.
