Pros

The place to work for people with a niche for automotive engineering. Likable automotive geeks with a penchant for latest and greatest in related technology. Great people, good diversity, they even helped me transition into my new job with a different employer by offering flexible hours during the last few days!

Cons

Commute to work is terrible if you live close to chi town. Other than that Cons and Gamma dont get along

Pros

The company is growing and grew through multiple recessions, including the years of 2007 through 2010. There have never been any layoffs due to financial difficulty. The pay is above average for comparable education and experience. Great health plan. People who are genuinely innovative and hard working will be rewarded. The work is quite interesting and challenging.

Cons

The company has high standards. It is not a place for slackers who want to coast and collect a paycheck. Some management practices are a bit outdated.
