The youth you work with are great and are deserving of the services you are supposed to provide

Cons

Many of the staff are unprofessional and not equipped to provide trauma informed care to the youth. And unfortunately they cannot find many people who are because we are extremely underpaid for the work we are expected to do.

The people are beautiful and incredibly devoted to their work. Compared to other agencies, having a specialised head office with all business support services immediately available gave tremendous help!
