Pros
This is a sales career. You must be able to handle the sales roller coaster. You truly get out of it what you put into it. When you work hard, you are rewarded. There is a salary plus commission plan. The commission is what you strive for. There is a nice compensation plan - when you hit a certain dollar amount, your commission rate doubles!
My management team treats me like I am family. The culture is amazing. It has evolved over the years. My managers truly have my interest at heart.
The product line is amazing. It is the most diverse and vast offering in the industry. The product retails therefore the sale is usually rather simple.
I worked at 3 other companies in the industry and GANZ is my home. My income here is double what I was making elsewhere due to how much new product is released and the product retails which allows you to sell your customer again. New product is released at least every 8 weeks!
Cons
Trade shows can be grueling. But those were only 2 times a year and are often your largest selling days of the year.
