Promised new catalog every 8 weeks to support cycle they demanded. They didn't come through. Discontinues programs and items that are annual repeat sales without notice, so sales people push an item onto a customer only to discover they can't get it anymore. Stopped offering great free gifts [large plush] with purchases and substituted with items that people didn't like. Also, bases all territories on same dollar amount of sales: Rural areas expected to do as much as a metropolitan territory that has 4M+ people. As long as sales are $500K, the company doesn't care if the employee really works. Some reps hold large orders and spread them over days/weeks and take unauthorized time off, but because they're meeting minimum, no one asks questions. Obvious favoritism shown by management.
