Pros

Independence - start from home to customer site, product line and customers

Cons

The wear and tear on your car is not included in the car expense allowance. The salary of $27,300 as a base is very low compared to industry standards. By the time you start the job with expectations of opening new accounts, car expenses, wear and tear on your vehicle ... you are upside down in commissions and end up owing the company money. This company has very high turnover. Run as fast as you can!

Pros

many products are of excellent quality, especially plush, strong product for appropriate markets, pleasant managers, admin work at home, constant mobility within territory.

Cons

low pay and travel reimbursement, excessive number of product lines and products within those lines, quality of some lines too low and/or some prices too high for market, so sell is tougher than one would think.

Pros

Ganz offers some of the best training is the industry. Product line is extensive and diverse. Ganz keeps expanding their line and offers new product every 8 wks. Management is great - very supportive.

Cons

None that I can think of. All companies have minor issues.
