Pros

Not very many, but sales meetings can be held at some nice locations. Most of the people who work for the company are very nice.

Cons

Company has unrealistic expectations and all sales reps are required to meet the same quotas even though every territory is different. They put a lot of pressure on employees to meet numbers and your job is not safe if you don't meet quotas. Micro-managing.

they like to let go people 100 at a time. who you can't trust is any management or anyone that has been there for more than 3 years.

9-5 hours, good work life balance

Cons

Too much politics, everything is trying to be done by outsourcing on a high rate. Its not being outsourced in India, its inside Toronto which does not make any sense. The code quality is too poor. There is no planning for maintaining code. Company is about to sink soon. They hire and fire every year.
