      It's a large stable company to work for but not the best work environment.

      Pros

      Gap is a large company with many different positions to transfer to, decent benefits, good discount, good location, good community involvement.

      Cons

      I've felt a bit out of place my entire career at Gap due to the young age of its employees. High turnover of employees, lacks consistency in processes

      Pros

      Employee discount, love the clothes, enjoyed working with the people. customers can be quite difficult at times, but overall good experience

      Cons

      not very flexible with schedule, they definitely have their favorites, not much room for growth, customers can be difficult sometimes

      Pros

      Great salary. Multiple resources available for personal growth and development. The company has so many tools (almost too many) for those who have the drive to develop themselves very successful. There is a very sharp learning curve but you get visibility to so many aspects of the business.

      Cons

      Leadership is inconsistent with expectations. Lack of clarity. Company does not know where it fits into the retail world. Companies are evolving and it feels like we are always trying to catch up.
