Pros
You get a merchandise discount at Old Navy, Banana RepubliC and The Gap. They have good gap match for fundraising, if you fund raise they will match each dollar you raise until a certain amount.
Cons
Alot of times you miss your breaks, they expect alot, even if you skip your breaks and run around the store you cannot accomplish the work because they are unrealistic. You get threatened to be written up if you don't meet company standards. Inadequate staffing, sometimes only two sales associates are scheduled on the floor (even if it is a big location) therefore you aren't allowed going to the bathroom or get help from a manager if you need it.
