Pros
- The team is incredibly kind, and very welcoming. - Direction from managers is often clear and easy to understand. - Employee discount is very appreciated.
Cons
- Far too great of an emphasis on the credit card. To the point of telling customers just looking on the floor or in the dressing rooms. It is in my opinion encouraged by the company to almost harrass the customers about it just to drive up applications. - Upper management is unclear and often less than helpful. - Favouritism is rife and blatent. Often goes unpunished.
