Pros

- Entry level management training - Paid parking in urban areas (managers only) - Offers health insurance (managers only)

Cons

- Unrealistic merchandising workloads. - High employee turn-over. - Upper management plays favorites. - Falls short on designs and does not appeal to the masses; limited market; too niche. - Product is too expensive for the average consumer, thus creating unrealistic selling expectations for store managers set by regional/ headquarter management to play catch up. - Recruiters sell false promises of creative freedom (merchandising POV); entirely cookie cutter; corporate driven.

Pros

Great discount on awesome clothing. Make a lot of friends. Earn reward points for doing a good job.

Cons

It honestly depends on your store manager, because his or her attitude definitely affects everyone. Management gets the heat from the store manager if something did not go over well, and the employees get the heat from the management. The pay really sucks for all of the tasks you are doing - not only could you be a cashier, but you could be apart of the shipping team, markdown team, promos and recovery. It's a lot of work for close to minimum wage. Favoritism was definitely shown and there was no way of moving up, it seems like a lot of the managers were from different stores or brought in outside of the company. High turnover when it came to employees and managers. Seen a lot of managers change emotionally because of this job, moreso the store manager.
