Great management at my branch, but varies from location to location. Pay is $16 for driver, $18 for messenger, $21 if working a one man truck, meaning you are by yourself, you drive the vehicle and act as messenger.

Cons

Overtime starts at 50 hours instead of 40. Pay is low for the personal risk involved. I know how much the company makes per service with various clients, and how much they are willing to pay employees to travel to help other branches, they can afford a pay bump across the board. Pay is $16 for driver, $18 for messenger, $21 if working a one man truck, meaning you are by yourself, you drive the vehicle and act as messenger.
