As much overtime as you want. Many staff have many different backgrounds or are from other countries. This does lead to an inclusive environment.
Cons
As much overtime as you want because they underpay compared to the other armored carriers. They also give you no way to track the time you have accrued and have taken off. If you go over that they will not inform you and simply steal the money from your final paycheck. This had happened to me, when I emailed payroll to see why the amount was so low on my final paycheck I was told I had taken to much time off, even though i hadn't and had no way to track what i did take off. Benefits at Gardaworld are a joke. you have a choice between an EPO and HSA for insurance. Vision and dental coverage are what you would get anywhere. I will say the reports that you hear about Gardaworld are all true.
