      No flexibility, low pay, practically no health benefits since they are so expensive, no 401 k match, looking over your shoulder ever move you make. Finally... 0 room for growth

      Pros

      The only pros would be the employees that already work at the branch. Branch management is amazing and very helpful. It's corporate that is absolutely horrible. Broken promises. Lie to your face. Never respond to phone calls or emails. Promise pay raise adjustment and have never received a raise in two years. No one has. Corporate will do anything to get you in the door, but they'll do nothing to help you stay. Corporate management is made up of ex Amazon employees and people with a background in the truck and industry, but no armor truck experience. No Salesforce to help keep current customers happy. Place will be closed down within the year. They're losing so many clients.

      Cons

      Absolutely everything about this place is a con except for the current employees at the branch. Horrible pay with no pay raises in sight. PTO is never made available for anyone to see their balance as promised for 2 years. Typical lies from corporate management.
