Pros
Hybrid but that only goes so far if other people can fully work remote and live in other states. Why is that not open to everyone on the team?
Cons
It's interesting how some people can have the option to move and keep their job but others don't have that opportunity. They play favorites over there and I would not want to even consume myself with people who has favorites. Why meet with a sup every week and not once is there anything related to what I said on my evaluation about my goals for the new year. That tells me there was no real intention for my growth. No maternity leave, I would not even want to deal with a company that does not see a benefit as maternity leave or adoption assistance.
