Not a lot of micromanaging, at least at my site, that’s felt by the entry level Guards. Job tasks are simple. Don’t even see your supervisor that often let alone upper management.

Cons

Upper management has been on site twice in the past two months even though this is a new site, we still haven’t gotten a site phone or the nfc tags for the tour points.
