      There were no pro's at this organization

      Cons

      Toxic greedy organization who doesn't care about any of their employees. They tripled the cost of health care, knowing that their employees wouldn't be able to cover the entire cost and take home a paycheck, all while the leadership team received Tesla's as a bonus for cutting costs and the President had his million dollar condo paid for by the company.

      Pros

      Learned a lot about dealing with employees that truly don't care about the company of the success of the company and managers that only care about the bottom line instead of safety of employees and security of the currency.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about employees. Security standards are questionable at best. Solely driven by profit. Puts pressure on managers to handle each branch like it's their own money/equipment/facility but doesn't provide needed support to ensure the branch managers successful.
