Pros

Co workers can be awesome folks. Bonuses and pay are decent compared to other companies.

Cons

Zero work to life balance. I have worked 18 hours plus a 45 min check in and have been expected to return to work after 4 hours of sleep and an hour commute home and back. No a/c in trucks leads to temps inside in excess of 117 degrees. This is not an exaggeration. Barely organized routes having you city hop sometimes over an hour away to hit one stop. A few of your coworkers seem like they are certifiable and shouldn't be doing the job or be armed. No advancement only lateral as another stated.

Pros

Just need a heart beat a clean record and no hope for the future and you to could work here.

Cons

This is where hope comes to be buried. No communication, no ability to improve. Dead end job no advancement. No training. No hope. No future.
