Pros

I have no pros for working at the Odessa, TX branch.

Cons

Very poor management, unorganized, we don't get our schedule until the work week starts. The week starts on Monday & I receive my schedule around 9-10 pm on Sunday. I have received schedule changes through the week at 1 am & 4 am by text on more than one occasion. I regularly show up on time & wait 30 minutes to an hour for management to show up. TERRIBLE PLACE TO WORK!

Plenty of hours 50 plus. Decent pay for the job.

Cons

Over time does start till 50 Trucks fall apart its the teams fault You get injured you wont get workers comp
