easily get hired, the branch personnel as a whole welcomed new hires. Some of the employees that had been there a while were resistant.

Cons

Pay sucked for the risk that a person assumed. OT only after 50hrs/week, not 40hrs!! Very long days of at least 11-14hrs/day.
