Pros

If you work as a floater you pretty much set your own hours. If you want work you can get it. If you don't feel like working then you don't have to accept any shifts.

Cons

Pay is bad, work is very boring and you can be standing outside during the entire shift at winter. Call centre people can be annoying when asking for shifts.
