Its a pay check when they feel like paying you...

Everything ,personnel safety means nothing to this company, When they do something that has negative impacts on they re accounts they instruct you to lie to cover themselves. Hands down the worst company I have ever worked for. The trucks are a joke always breaking down , very unsafe, D.O.T. would pull 90 % of them off the road if they knew half of the safety issues they had. They have taken away every benefit of working here !!

I feel that everyone at the Branch level was working to build and maintain a good organization.

Cons

VP - Sales' Variable Incentive Plan. Never knew if you would get a quarterly bonus and if you did get one, it was never paid when it was supposed to be. Also, he drove off Top 2 Sales Leaders.
