Paycheck....and a good buch of co-workers

Nothing is maintained....trucks brake down all the time...pallet jacks don't work...no ventalation in the garage area...hell even the toilets over run on a regular basis

Pros

Relatively lax atmosphere given your handling 1 million in cash any given day. The management comes mainly from supervisors that know what they are doing. They were increasing their safety proceedures and training while I left. They pay you significantly more than other service industry jobs, but perhaps not enoughto make up for the risks.

Cons

They have perfected a system of keeping their money without giving you any of it. Mean while about every 6 months your entered into the lottery to get shot for someone else's money. The trucks are hot and often break down. The other drivers will mistreat your customers and get them pissed at you. Everything is run by the clock, being slow is not tolerated, but rarely punished. You have to perform well for years before you get any shot at a supervisor position.
