Pros

This company truly cared about its people and worked with them to accommodate school schedules and family matters. It offered a number of incentive awards for performance, and after a big event like Nuit Blanche, they would give their guards Cineplex cards good for free movies. They had their own in-house training which filled in the knowledge gaps from the 40-hour security guard course offered by a number of security companies. The company was professional through and through, and it was a pleasure to work there.

Cons

Security jobs can be tough and demanding, but the company understood that and did everything possible to ameliorate the demands of the job.
