      i love it my job is the best

      Pros

      the pay is great the job is fun the management is very very cool Garda is just a great place period i been there for 5yr almost 6 they work with me on any time i need off.my boss is the best boss i ever had i just wish i had work for Garda soon as i turned 21 so i can have more time in over all i see myself here for a long hull

      the only downside of this job is that it is hijackers out there and you have to ready at all times

      Poor Management, no Sales rep in area

      Pros

      Their pay was not bad for this area. After all the merges that happened I did receive a substantial raise.

      Cons

      Don't listen to suggestions from employees. Don't take time in department when considering promotions, strictly goes by time with company. Does not have any local sales people in area to sell product to new customer prospects.

      Pros

      They're a few good guys that worked there.

      Cons

      Incompetent management, management that constantly lies, trucks are in terrible condition and are unsafe, paychecks are not on time. They send people out on the road in street clothes, no uniforms. No portable radios. So when the messenger gets out of the truck there's no communication between the driver and messenger. Very unsafe. Very unprofessional.
