Pros

Gardaworlf has an intimacy to it's employee base. This starts with the Branch Manager down to a concierge ambassador. The communication, work environment, and support that the teams at each site provide to each other is so encouraging. I have been taught different skills that not only make me a better manager, but also a better person.

Cons

Compensation is very low for the job being performed. As a manager of a remote region, the challenges are often misunderstood.

Pros

Garda is a great place to work. The management is extremely open for and helpful. They are always looking out for your best career growth.

Cons

The untapped PTO. You don't know how much time to ask for. Management generally approves most reasonable requests.

Daily pay option and weekly pay

Cons

Insufferable management that communicates with employees in a contemptuous threatening manner. Hostile work environment, micromanagement of all guards on site, nit picking fault finding supervisors, incompetent customer service managers who often lose clients and accounts. Constant payroll errors with wrong hourly rate and missing overtime hours. GardaWorld is a nightmare experience. A total horror show. A soup kitchen
