I really can't think of any pros that can be attributed to this company specifically.
Cons
Paychecks are consistently shorted, especially when dealing with holiday pay. They don't honor their own job offers....such as vacation pay and tenure., even base pay amount for some. The chain of command to make a complaint is a complete nightmare. We're told not to include some members of management in our e-mails. They don't withhold enough federal income tax from your pay, sometimes the amount is $0. Overall very poor business practices.
