Head office doesn’t care and will blame you for everything, no training or betterment to understand their need for supervisor then let you go because you don’t know enough.

Discrimination against age and disability are rampant at this office. And the ageism was openly spoken about in the hiring interview. I was told they were actively trying to terminate an employee because they were in thier 90's. They like to remove people from the schedule without notice and then blame the client. I signed up for benefits and never got anything. Pay is low compared to competition. $16.25 an hour. The mandatory Uniform pants fit terribly and no one actually wears them. The on-boarding is terrible, they waste your time in a long several hour presentation about how great the company is and then make you take redundant on line at home courses even if you have years of experience. They operate on a disciplinary point system that deducts points for missing work even if you have a doctor note. No PTO. Hands down the WORST company I have worked for in years.
