For AOEM department, the work hour per day is 10~14. No work-life balance. Sometimes, you need to work on Saturday.

Garmin encourages work-life balance for all associates. There are times when associates may have to work beyond normal hours to meet critical project milestones or deliverable, but this is not the norm.
