      Pros

      Almost every associate is a great person. The company seems to attract good-natured people and screens out the egotistical or selfish. My team is small and I have a lot of ownership over my work.

      Cons

      Downside of a small team is that we're often stretched thin. Deadlines and goals shift rapidly and decisions are propagated poorly leading to tension, confusion, and misunderstandings.
