      Low pay compared to other call centers. If your spouse has insurance through their work you pay extra I'd they use your's.

      Had great vision and campus, helpful people and generally fun work atmosphere. Had a lot of fun activities to participate in with fellow co workers such as outdoor clubs and games during lunch and in the evenings.

      Cons

      business market is falling, poor cad software, poor training of employees on design processes, Required to work 50 hours for a few weeks due to department being understaffed and overworked.
