Pros

Self-described "meritocracy" - internal structure is based on what you contribute rather than formal titles. Reasonable work hours and Kansas City is surprisingly fun for young people

Cons

Prospects for the future are looking dim. Company is struggling to find a new driving product as people move away from personal navigation devices.

Pros

My co-workers were the best. We had a great team

Cons

Upper and middle management is terrible. I worked for Garmin for 10 years and saw it go from being the best place to work to being the worst.

- Great team. You get to work with very smart people. - Work hard play hard environment. - Be willing to get used to rigorous test environment. - Very flexible hours. Manager was okay with me making up hours in the weekend - You can be open with the management and they will listen to you.

Cons

- I don't have any reason to be dissatisfied.
