Pros

Passionate people who really care about making great products. The company structure is pretty flat so it's fairly easy to talk to the right people about making things happen.

Cons

While the area is a great place to raise a family you are not near ocean or mountains.

Innovative work culture, awesome benefits, casual dress code, good working environment, social awareness, flexible timing for engineers, stock options, works in many different technologies and domains.

Cons

Average salary, ambiguous directions from management causing confusion at times, less no of PTOs, no work from home policy, appraisal system outdated.
