      Pros

      The team for Golf App is great. Team lead is nice and listens for members' demand. They provide opportunities to work on what you are interested and develop yourself. The loading is balanced.

      Cons

      There were not many developers for the App in Taiwan. Therefore, if you are interested in discussing technical details with colleagues you might need to be proactively to reach out to team members in the U.S, and conquer the difference of time zone. The bonus is dynamic each year and holds a high ratio in the TC. If you perform well, usually you get great bonus but it is not guaranteed.
