All about the money

Pros

hard to think about pros, there were a lot years ago, but disappears..

Cons

1. low salary 2. have to arrive office by 8:00am, silly for software engineers 3. always debugging, no much "development" or research in TW 4. some managers asked to work overtime without a reasonable reason 5. hiring bar is not consistent and didn't pay much attention on hiring talented guys.

Pros

Good technical experience for new grads, especially for electrical engineers. Good health plan benefits and life/ work balance. Internships for engineering students available.

Cons

No training for leadership development. No budget for engineers' tradeshow travel or continuing education. Age discrimination in promotions-- youth culture.
