      Pros

      work time about 8~10hrs/day, ESPP is good for the cheaper (15%off) stock. work and life balance, and good for the freshmen 2years free dormitory

      Cons

      It is a factory, so it need to follow rules and costs. The restaurant is terrible. The benefits of an engineer are the same as those of an operator, so don't expect its benefits.

      - great collective and colleagues who really do their best to help you - interesting technology stack

      Cons

      - a lot of security on your personal laptop (at the point where you cannot even do your job properly because of it) - you are not admin on your laptop - you need to ask for access for every little thing that you want to install (you will waste a lot of time doing this) - there is a cultural gap between the american team and the romanian team (myself being part of the romainian team), the communication is really lackluster - you will need to do on-call on some weekends (you need to be near your laptop and offer support if some problems appear in the system) - management is really bad (a lot of requirement changes, fuzzy deadlines, almost as though nobody knows what he needs to do) - daily meetings with a team from US
