Pros

There are several great reasons to work at Garmin, most importantly the opportunity to work on cutting edge projects. I always have access to the best technology and resources available to get the job done the right way. I feel that there is emphasis on the quality of my work. Great work doesn't go unnoticed or unrewarded. My colleagues share the same vision. I appreciate the opportunity to work in a relaxed yet professional environment.

Cons

There aren't many downsides to working at Garmin.

Pros

They care about the quality of their work and product as well as the quality of their employees.

Cons

HR tends to be rather like a sorority and they are amazingly nice to potential employees, but once you're hired they try to have as little contact with you as possible.
