      I'm working in the Malaysia office, my direct supervisor is patient, supportive, and always willing to help.

      Cons

      The finance team holds excessive authority and frequently mistreats associates through rude and inappropriate emails, harsh commands, and even yelling. Despite repeated verbal, written, and survey feedback, no corrective action has been taken. The toxic culture extends to all departments.
