Pros

Compensation is strong, both in terms of base salary and bonuses. At least a couple of years ago, pay was definitely above average compared to the market. From a purely financial perspective, this is one of the main reasons to join.

Cons

The level of micromanagement is extreme and can be very stressful. There is a very high employee turnover, and many people are placed on PIPs. I was fortunate not to be put on a PIP myself, but I saw many colleagues struggle, experience high stress levels, and eventually burn out due to the working conditions.
