There are a few decent coworkers.

Cons

Working here has been incredibly draining. The overall environment is toxic, and the managers are consistently rude and overly controlling. What makes it worse is that leadership placed someone in a management role who is clearly not equipped for it. They aren't fit for the responsibilities of the role, yet we’re expected to rely on their direction, which only adds to the confusion and stress. I feel micromanaged constantly, communication is almost nonexistent, and priorities change with no explanation. It often feels like employees’ time and well-being aren’t respected at all.

Cons

Bureaucratic, hierarchical with poor middle management. You need to be lucky to get a good manager. Else you will be constantly micromanaged.
