      Pros

      Great place for personal and professional growth. There's a huge drive to understand every individual's strengths are well as areas for development matched to specific training and coaching programs. The financial compensation is according to requirements on the job and the compensation rules, plans and benefits have not changed troughout the +7 years that I am with the company.

      Cons

      In end of quarter or end of year Months (eg. December or June) you cannot take PTO, which actually also makes some sense.

      Pros

      There is a great feeling of camaraderie amongst employees. Also, they start you with 21 days of PTO on your first day. Great business structure with an outstanding reputation.

      Cons

      The compensation is too low, and there is not an opportunity for significant bonuses as the year goes. You have to be with the company for at least 2 years before you can look elsewhere in the company for a new position, and the options for job movement is very horizontal as opposed to vertical. It is a great place to make a career after 10 years of work experience, but right out of college there is nothing.
